About TRUEWISTA

Software for the operation behind the store.

TRUEWISTA develops cloud software that connects specialty warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting integration.

What we do

Beyond the back room.

We help growing small and midsize businesses, including family businesses in beauty and specialty retail, keep operations in-house as they grow beyond the back room, connecting inventory across stores, warehouses, e-commerce, logistics, and accounting.

A new name. TRUEWISTA is the new name for our specialty warehouse and inventory software business, reflecting our focus on connecting inventory, warehouse space, logistics, and accounting.

Our team

We've been on the warehouse floor.

With more than 30 years of combined experience in retail, logistics, transportation, and technology, our team understands the challenge of managing a complex inventory supply chain. We have worked every side of the purchase order: buying product, receiving it, storing it, moving it, and answering for it when the numbers did not match.

International shipping adds weeks of uncertainty to every order. A container booked overseas passes through suppliers, freight forwarders, ports, customs brokers, and carriers before it ever reaches the dock, and every handoff is a place where dates slip, paperwork diverges, and quantities change. By the time the goods arrive, the original order is often a memory, and no one is sure who should check what came in against what was paid for.

At the same time, growing businesses are expected to run lean. Just-in-time fulfillment keeps cash out of idle stock, but it leaves little room for a late container, a short shipment, or a partial delivery. When the margin for error is measured in days, knowing exactly what is on the water, on the dock, and on the shelf is not a nice-to-have. It is how stores stay stocked and online orders ship on time.

Then there is the floor itself. Space is one of the most expensive things a growing operation has, and it is rarely used as well as it could be. Overflow spills into a second building, product lines compete for the same racks, and high-value items end up wherever there was room. Every inefficient square foot is paid for twice: once in rent, and again in the time it takes to find what you need.

We are building TRUEWISTA because we have lived these problems, not just studied them. We know what it is like when a supplier invoices 64 ounces and delivers 51, when a transfer between stores goes unrecorded, or when accounting and the warehouse disagree at month end. Our goal is to give growing businesses the visibility and accountability that larger operations take for granted, without asking them to give up control of their own warehouse.

How we work

Clear. Connected. Operational.

Clear

The next action, the responsible person, and the unresolved work should always be visible.

Connected

Inventory, warehouse space, logistics, and accounting should tell the same story.

Operational

Practical software for the people doing the receiving, storing, and moving, not just for reports.
